Luxembourg-based investment platform

A platform focused on the
infrastructure
of real-life socialization

Elifinity is an investment platform bringing together investment, governance and strategic coordination capabilities around a focused and disciplined thesis.

Who We Are

An investment
platform
with a clear thesis

Socialization is a large,
enduring and structurally underserved area of demand.

Elifinity is an investment platform structured around a single, disciplined focus: the infrastructure of real-life socialization. The platform brings together investment expertise, governance architecture and strategic coordination capabilities in order to identify, support and develop businesses and enabling systems that facilitate, secure and organize real-life human interaction.

The platform operates through a Luxembourg fund framework. It is reserved for eligible professional investors within the meaning of applicable Luxembourg law and is managed by an authorized external AIFM in accordance with applicable alternative investment fund regulations.

Elifinity's approach is institutional, focused and designed for the long term. It is not a start-up studio, a generalist fund or a venture platform. It is a purpose-built investment platform organized around a coherent thesis, a structured governance framework and a consistent responsible-investment methodology.

What Elifinity Does

Three interconnected areas of activity

Elifinity's work spans investment, governance and strategic development — each reinforcing the others around a single coherent thesis.

01

Investment

Identifying and supporting businesses and enabling systems that facilitate, secure and organize real-life human interaction, applying disciplined analysis, governance standards and long-term thinking to each investment decision.

02

Governance

Maintaining a Luxembourg fund governance architecture that integrates oversight, compliance, strategic advisory input and responsible-investment methodology. Governance is treated as a component of credibility and long-term discipline, not as a compliance exercise.

03

Strategic Coordination

Developing a coordinated platform perspective across the portfolio — not only investing in individual businesses, but supporting a broader infrastructure capable of improving trust, safety, coordination and long-term operating resilience across the category.

How Elifinity Is Organized

A Luxembourg fund framework supported by an appropriate organizational and oversight structure

Elifinity operates through a Luxembourg General Partner structure, combined with an authorized external AIFM responsible for risk management and regulatory compliance in accordance with applicable law. The platform relies on a clear separation of roles across strategic direction, fund oversight, advisory support and control functions.

Investment advisory support to the General Partner is provided by Nexus Arc Advisors SA, a Swiss-registered company based in Geneva. The platform's governance architecture includes designated committee-level review across strategic, ethical, compliance and selection matters.

This organizational framework is designed to support both the long-term credibility of the platform and the integrity of its responsible-investment and impact objective. As the platform evolves, its governance architecture is designed to scale accordingly.

Platform Perspective

A focused view on a structurally significant category

Elifinity's research framework views socialization as a market representing approximately €2 trillion in annual spend, spread across fragmented and still insufficiently integrated categories. The core gap is structural: trust, coordination, activation and operational systems remain underdeveloped relative to the scale of demand.

Against this backdrop, Elifinity pursues a platform perspective — not only investing in individual businesses, but working to develop the broader infrastructure that can support safer, more accessible and more resilient forms of real-life human interaction over time.

Market framing is illustrative and for informational purposes only. It should not be interpreted as a performance indication or a guarantee of investment results.

A Coordinated Platform

A system, not a set
of isolated assets

Elifinity applies a coordinated perspective to portfolio construction and category development. The objective is not only to invest in individual businesses, but to support a broader infrastructure capable of improving trust, safety, coordination and long-term operating resilience across the category.

This coordinated approach is designed to be coherent with Elifinity's responsible-investment methodology and with the platform's stated objective under its Article 9 positioning. Governance, selection and oversight processes are aligned accordingly.

Trust Architecture

Investing in systems that reduce informational asymmetry, verify identities and support safer interaction environments.

Safety by Design

Supporting businesses where safety is an integral design principle, not a compliance overlay.

Coordination and Activation

Addressing the activation and coordination gap — the structural friction that prevents people from turning social intent into real-life connection.

Long-Term Integration

Building portfolio coherence through shared infrastructure, strategic alignment and long-term integration potential between investee companies.

Governance Discipline

Requiring governance quality and alignment with the platform's responsible-investment standards as a precondition for investment consideration.
